Hi, I’m Michelle Rose,
Founder of Breathe for Bliss.
I discovered conscious connected breathing about 5 years ago, and it completely changed my life.
After experiencing a mind-blowing and transformational breathwork session, I was curious about learning more. I wanted to use this type of breathwork to help with my anxiety, which had affected me for most of my life.
After doing this for 12-18 months, I realised this type of breathwork was incredible and needed to be shared with others, so I studied through two international breathwork schools and became an accredited breathwork facilitator.
For the last 4 years, I have worked passionately with individuals and groups, to explore their breath and inner resources, for increased emotional and physical wellbeing.
